How long is the sample lead time?
Sample lead time: 3 days if you don't need customized. If you need the watch t be customized, the sample lead time will be 10 days.

Production lead time: 30-35 days for 1K-10K

How would you control your watches quality?
1. Inspect 30% of the incoming materials, if defective rate is over 3%, our QA will inspect all of them.
2. Trial-produce: Before mass production, our production manager will do assembly of 100-200PCS as a test to see the points we have to pay attention to during mass assembly and see the places where may have quality problem. After this trial-produce, production manager will have a meeting with productiin line leader, tell him the instructions and matters needing attention.
3. Mass production start, unfinished-QA will do casual inspection and watch, to see if there is any irregular assembly problems.
4. Watch head production finished, unfinished-QA do full inspection of them-check the functions and appearance
