4. How to deal with the defective product?

Our after-sales colleague with get in touch with you immediately. the process as below:

a. we will need you to fill up the product defective form with some pictures, we might also request for a sample of the defective product ( we will take care the fright cost if it is manufacturing defecteI

b. we will find and solve the issue, repare the defective items or send the replacement accordingly.( free of charge if it is manufacturing defective)

c. we are willing to comply with customer's reasonable requests
