The Resin Bonded Grinding Wheels are  made of resin with high strength. It is used in cutting, double end face, heavy load grinding wheel, polishing wheel and so on. It has the characteristics of certain elasticity, low heat resistance, good self-sharpening, simple manufacture and short process cycle. Resin bonds offer significantly more compliance (the opposite of stiffness) relative to the other types, and are able to withstand harsh grinding conditions such as vibration and large side forces. The Resin Bonded Grinding Wheels have large cutting depth, fast feeding, high processing efficiency, excellent shape retention, long dressing clearance so as to save labor costs. While meeting the requirements of workpiece processing, it has small vibration, low load and no damage to the spindle of machine tool. 

It is used for slotting, relieving, peripheral and backlash grinding of high speed steel, carbide drills, milling cutters and reamers. In addition, Resin Bonded Grinding Wheels can also be used in conjunction with CBN for the grinding of high speed steel, tool and die steel and over FtRC50 super heat resistant alloys.
