In an MBR process, ultrafiltration or Microfiltration membrane modules are submerged in the activated sludge to combine the biological step and the solid-liquid separation into a single process. Since the membrane acts as a barrier, this improves effluent quality. Our flat sheet membrane is made differnt application like waste water treament.

Innovations
1. Our MBR membrane element plate using the mortise and tenon structure without side panels.

The support plate can be installed from top or one side without the limits of the construction site conditions.

2. We use laser engraving diamond flow path on the membrane plate, coupled with special umbrella support structure, makes the suction pressure distribution much better without diverting nonwoven fabrics. This structure reduces the risk of fouling and improves the water flow rate.
